职位描述 / Job Description:
1. 根据公司要求对目标市场进行有效电话和网络筛选,锁定并跟踪客户;
Searching potential customer, develop maintain the existed customer through the effective telephone call, internet travel
2. 挖掘客户需求,记录和分析客户信息;
Follow up with customer requirement. Record analyze customer information
3. 根据公司产品特性,对客户进行产品推介,并组织针对性的顾问似的销售;
Selling consultatively giving recommendations to prospect existing customers of the various solutions the company offers
4. 按计划完成销售的年度/季度/月度销售目标;
Complete the targets according to the sales plan
5. 与客户保持良好的合作关系。
Maintain a good working relationship with the customer.
职位要求:Requirements
1. 大专以上学历,年龄22-35岁,市场营销、计算机相关专业;
College graduated, age 22-35 years old. Marketing, computer other related professional area
2. 了解软件产品的基础知识,热爱销售工作,一年以上软件销售经验,或者从事过软件项目销售或ERP销售工作为佳
Understing the basics knowledge of the software, dedicated to sales work. More than 3 years of sales experience, preferably with software sales (or project sales/or ERP sales background)
3. 被认可的实现销售目标的能力;
Proven ability to achieve sales targets
4. 熟练的计算机技能;
Skillful in computer technology
5. 可用英语阅读和沟通;
Able to read communicate in English
6. 具备较强的沟通能力与演讲能力;
Strong communication skills speaking ability
7. 具备团队合作精神,有责任感;
Having team spirit the sense of responsibility
8. 具有家居行业销售背景和招投标经验者优先考虑;
Preferably with furniture industry sales background
