Title: CMM Programmer Leader Segment: Completions

Job Purpose:
The CMM Programmer Leader is responsible for leading CMM team to create CMM programs for the whole completion group worldwide. 
Key Functions:
• QHSE Responsibility: Comply  with Schlumberger QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) policies  Stards Comply with government laws  regulations on Quality, Health, Safety,  Environment Commit to QHSE target year by year with his / her specific QHSE responsibility on site
• Lead  mentor a group of CMM programmers
• Support CPU  other Completion centers to create programs used on CMM
• Communicate with other Completion centers around the world
• Ensure QHSE policies are followed in the CMM team
• Ensure maintenance  calibration is current for all CMM equipment
Previous Experience Required:
• Min. 5 years working in manufacturing plant
• Min. 3 years in CMM  application  programming
• Be familiar with GD&T  Mechanical Drawings in English
Minimum Education:
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical  Measurement Instrument related
major above.
Special Knowledge  Skills:
• Fluency in English (spoken  written) is required
• Ability to read  underst Engineering drawings
Physical Working Conditions:
• General workshop  quality lab environment
Travel Requirements:
• Local  International travel will be required
